WORKSHOP AGREEMENT T&C'S

(ADAM BIRD, WORKSHOP ATTENDEES & MODEL)

1. ADAM BIRD will strive to arrange a suitable MODEL, style them appropriately & ensure their active participation in the Workshop. ADAM BIRD cannot be held accountable for any delays, failures to arrive, or lack of cooperation from the MODEL during the Workshop. In the event of a no-show, ADAM BIRD will endeavour to arrange a last-minute replacement. MODELS who fail to attend may be required to reimburse any Workshop expenses incurred. Additionally, MODELS who cancel with less than a week's notice must propose an alternative MODEL with availability for the Workshop, who will be compensated at the same rate as the original MODEL.

2. ATTENDEES acknowledge that completing full payment and submitting this form are necessary to secure a spot in the Workshop. ATTENDEES acknowledge that all payments are non-refundable but may be transferred or sold to another photographer. ATTENDEES agree to inform ADAM BIRD of any changes in written form before the Workshop.

3. ATTENDEES agree to credit the MODEL and ADAM BIRD in social media usage. ADAM BIRD should be credited with a tag (@adambirdyy) and the Workshop should be mentioned in any photo caption.

4. ATTENDEES are expected to engage in shooting, posing and directing MODELS. If the ATTENDEE prefers not to participate due to feelings of anxiety, nervousness etc, ADAM BIRD should be privately notified so he can offer appropriate assistance.

5. ATTENDEES will capture a series of setups curated by ADAM BIRD and is encouraged to follow ADAM BIRD's setup or make personal adjustments to align with their own style if desired. ADAM BIRD will strive to allocate individual directing time to each workshop attendee, allowing them to interact with the MODEL for their own photographs. If the ATTENDEE feels they require a different angle or more time, it is their responsibility to communicate this to ADAM BIRD to ensure they receive the necessary content. ADAM BIRD will periodically check if all ATTENDEES are satisfied or if the ATTENDEE requires additional shooting time. However, ADAM BIRD reserves the right to conclude shooting at any point and proceed to the next setup.

6. Should the ATTENDEE encounter any problem during the workshop, ADAM BIRD must be made aware as soon as possible, to allow for resolution to be found.

7. By booking on and attending The Fairy Tale Workshop, you agree to the above terms and conditions.
